Our Mission
The Newman Center for the Performing Arts strives to provide the highest quality performing arts experiences for faculty, students, performers and the Colorado community. We offer an eclectic, innovative, and entertaining mix of emerging artists and seasoned performers to expand and enrich our community’s cultural experiences. We are dedicated to showcasing cultural diversity, stretching the imagination, and stimulating dialogue. We invite our entire community to share, enjoy, and examine a blend of traditional, new, and provocative arts experiences. The Newman Center welcomes you to share the adventure and joy of lifelong learning.
General Patron Information
Special Needs
The Newman Center for the Performing Arts is fully accessible to patrons in wheelchairs and to those with other special needs. To request assistance, please call the Box Office at (303) 871-7720. Drop-off and handicap parking is available in the Newman Center parking garage. Assisted listening devices are available for performances in June Swaner Gates Concert Hall. Patrons may be asked to leave an ID card in exchange for use of headphones.
Restrictions
Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the Newman Center for the Performing Arts. Food and beverages are prohibited in the seating areas of all theatres. Photography and recording of performances are strictly prohibited. As a courtesy to others, cellular phones and pagers must be turned off and audible watch alarms should be disabled.

Single tickets to all Newman Center Presents performances for our 2012-13 Season go on sale Monday, June 11, 2012
Tickets to Newman Center performances in our current season (2012-13) are available at the Newman Center Box Office, located in Joy Burns Plaza on the north side of the Newman Center or on line at www.newmantix.com.

Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
Latecomers
Seating after the start of any performance is at the discretion of the house manager. Seating may be unavailable until the next intermission and may be in seats at the rear of the theatre.
Children
Patrons are encouraged to call the Newman Center for information on the suitability of events for children. Everyone attending a performance, including small children, must have a ticket. Prior to purchasing tickets, please determine whether your child can enjoy a performance of two hours or longer without disturbing others.
